Here is how to get a great deal:

Use:
(1) $3/1 Herbal Essences/Aussie Styler wyb any HE /Aussie Product ETS 7-3-11 PG (x7/31)
OR
(2) $1/1 Herbal Essences or Aussie product ETS 6-12-11 RP (x7/31)
Pay $1.54 with the $3 Q or $2.54 with (2) $1 Qs!
Reports are out that Target will no longer allow you to use both Qs in one transaction. The reasoning is that the $3 Q requires the purchase of 2 items. Your store may vary...but be prepared to only use one or the other at check-out!
