Walgreens Scenario 07/17/11

Let's go Wag-in! This scenario is set up for those with 2 papers for Transaction #1 and #2.  You will need 3 papers to do Transaction #3.  Total OOP is:

Trans #1 - #2 = $4.59 for $18.90 in sale priced merchandise (76% savings)

Trans #1 - #3 = $20.15 for $48.96 in sale priced merchandise ( 59% savings) - this includes 3 packs of diapers!

NOTE: for Transaction #3...the Walgreens coupon will need to be rung in FIRST, then the regular MQs for Pampers.  This is because the Wags Q code is ringing as a MQ in the system instead of a SQ.  Now...your store may vary, but I did verify that because the Infant Care coupon has a Wags Code (5521) and not a manufacturer bar code, it should be considered a SQ, not a MQ.  The cashier/manager can override the system and key in the Pampers MQs manually, but they can not force the Wags code - so do the Wags code FIRST, then the Pampers Qs.  Hope this explanation helps!

RR= Register Reward, coupon printed after payment-good towards your next purchase

IAQ = In Ad Coupon, coupon is located in the weekly ad flyer
WYB = When You Buy
CODE XXXX = This is the Walgreens coupon code from the weekly ad flyer. If you do not have a copy of the ad, the cashier can enter the code and the price will adjust.
Filler = Extra item to allow for RR to be used. Can be anything at any price, so check for clearance items or get something you need (no MQ with it).
