UPDATE: Scenario works great!  One minor snag was Transaction #2, I had to add a filler to use the RR - I needed to get above the tax total.
***Also - I found Easter stuff on clearance for 75% off!!!  I did not get the 50¢ Chicken Broth for my fillers...instead I got a 9¢ Easter cup!  Holla!!!***
