Walgreens Scenario 10/23/11

Let's go Wag-in! SLOW week at Walgreens.....this is a basic scenario, showing how to alternate transactions to maximize RR savings. This scenario is set up for those with 2 papers. Your total OOP is $9.11 for $41.38 in sale priced merchandise or a 78% savings!  This includes all 3 transactions.  If you change the last transaction, your savings may be different.

Reminder: All totals are PRE-TAX and SALE PRICES. Actual OOP may vary depending on your sales tax rate.
You do not have to do all transactions in one day...keep it simple and start slow to avoid getting overwhelmed. As long as the transactions are done in order, you can spread them out over the week.

Transaction #1
(1) TheraMax Cold & Flu Relief Nasal Spray, .5 oz, at $7.99
Pay $7.99, earn $8RR

Transaction #2
(2) DenTek Floss Picks, 75-90 pk., at $2 ea. ($2RR)
(2) Kleenex Cool Touch Facial Tissue, 50 sheets, at $1.50 ea. ($1 RR)
(2) Colgate Pro Clinical or Total Advanced Toothpaste, 4 oz, or Total Toothbrush at $3 ea. ($4RR)
